You represent and warrant that you either own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the Content and that such Content does not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights) or applicable law.

e. User Responsibility:

f. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNH Reviews, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, managers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your submission of Content or your violation of these Terms.

g. Retention:
We may retain copies of removed or deleted Content for legal, archival, or compliance purposes.

h. Disclaimer:
The views expressed in User-Generated Content are solely those of the individual authors and do not reflect the views of UNH Reviews or its staff.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and create derivative works from your Content in connection with our services. Notwithstanding this license, you retain all ownership rights in your submitted Content.

    c. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Website’s content without our prior written consent.

    d. If any news organizations or websites use UNH Reviews content as source material for reporting or commentary purposes, we encourage them to provide proper attribution by including a link back to https://unhreviews.com. This attribution supports transparency and helps promote our work.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madison County, Kentucky.

    1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one part of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the rest of the agreement.
